PROCESS AND PROCEDURE
We can take a picture or a drawing and insert it into a designated computer file to begin the process. The image then goes to the designer to connect the image all together and sends it to the cutter.CUTTING PROCESS
When image comes from the designer it will be handed over to the operator that will tell the machine what and where to cut.CUTTING PROCEDURE
The image or file will be sent to the cutting table operator to view and recheck the file and begin cutting.
POLISHING
After the product is cutout it will go to a polishing booth where it is polished and cleanedINSPECTION
Once the item is polished its passes through the inspection process to insure the quality we insist on for a great product.PRICING

About Junk Punks Art
a little about us
Junk Punks Art and Design has had a long family history of being in the metal and pipe industry, from iron workers , to shop fabrication welders, commercial pipe suppliers, or just building a trailer in the shop.
We are taking metal in a different direction and making it into an art form, designing metal home décor, wall décor, business signs and logos, décor with scenery, and entrance signs for your home. All our work is done with a design that you want and are completely happy with before we do any cutting.
We use a CNC Plasma table to get that exact design and detail to bring out the best of the design that you have chosen.
When the cut is finished we will polish the item to a bright finish. In doing this that gives you the option of painting, staining or maybe you want the bright finish in the way it comes to you. We do take custom orders of all kinds and any quantities.
